The legal team included BMD Senior Counsel Kim Gray, Member Scott Rost, Senior Counsel Audrey Wanich, Escrow/Closing Manager Jacquie Carson along with administrative support Sylvie Camille and Natalie Ortiz. The team represented Arnold Groves and Ranch, Ltd. in the sale of 1,800 acres of real estate to GT USA, which may be the largest contiguous land sale in Central Florida. With BMD’s collaborative efforts, Senior Counsel Kim Gray led the transaction and negotiations to a successful closing.
