Overview
As a CFO, Bill helps organizations grow profitably. He turns data into actionable information, thereby increasing the quality of decision-making. At BMD, he builds a foundation of trust through transparency, consistency, and fairness, which helps reduce turnover and create a culture of collaboration. Bill helps enable continuity by ensuring the values, vision, and culture of the firm's founders are reflected in the organization’s systems and decision-making framework. By conveying business and financial information in a relatable, actionable way, he helps attorneys make more informed business decisions.
Prior to working at BMD, Bill worked in accounting at a large professional services firm based in Cleveland where he worked with both public and private organizations in a variety of industries. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for two entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, privately-owned plastics companies in Northeast Ohio for 20 years.
