He works with family-owned businesses to facilitate planning in complex family dynamics.Scott has worked with healthcare providers to form physician joint ventures and other collaborative projects. He has also represented professionals in licensing and credentialing matters. Scott is a frequent lecturer on health care and business topics and has numerous publications in the business and health care law areas.
