- Served as trial counsel (first chair-defense) in an eight-day jury trial concerning $7 million in claims related to alleged fraud and breach of contract against general contractor, including a fraud claim against company owner. Earned unanimous dismissal of personal claims against company owner. (2023)
- Served as trial counsel (first chair-plaintiff) in a three-day bench trial concerning a property dispute over trespassing and illegal tree removal. (2023)
- Served as trial counsel (second chair-defense) in a multi-day domestic relations trial concerning a request to reduce spousal support payments. (2022)
- Served as lead counsel in multi-million-dollar family dispute related to a fiber optics business. Secured summary judgment and dismissal of claims, along with summary judgment in clients’ favor regarding counterclaims. (2021-2023)
- Served as trial counsel (first chair-defense) in three-day bench trial concerning a neighbor dispute over the modification of a retaining wall and unrelated flooding. Obtained a defense verdict in favor of the client. (2021)
- Served as lead counsel in an American Arbitration Association arbitration involving claims asserted by a general contractor against a homeowner concerning unpaid change orders. (2020)
