Ronald P. Angerer II

Ron is an Attorney in BMD's Jacksonville office with a focus on labor and employment law, including representation of individuals, organizations, and businesses in transactional and litigation matters. His experience in labor and employment laws has previously been recognized by the Florida Bar, and he has also served as in-house counsel to a publicly-traded, national home builder. Ron's experience and knowledge make him an effective advocate and advisor for clients in commercial, business, labor and employment, and litigation matters.

Overview

Ron has more than ten years of experience successfully representing individuals, organizations, and businesses in transactional and litigation settings. Ron's litigation experience includes representing clients as first and second chair in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration. Ron's transactional experience includes reviewing and drafting employer policies to ensure compliance with applicable law, negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, and crafting policies, practices, and procedures designed to minimize a client's risk, among other things.

When he isn't working, Ron enjoys sports, reading, listening to music, and spending time with his wife and two children.
