Overview

His legal practice focus is representation of physicians, business owners and other high net worth individuals in business and tax-related matters; representation of individual clients in accomplishing their estate planning and wealth preservation goals by planning for and creating wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, private foundations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies and by utilizing the Florida statutory exemptions from the claims of creditors; assists medical practices and other businesses in choice-of-entity planning, the formation of business entities, mergers, acquisitions and separations, and business contracts, employment agreements, and shareholder agreements; representation of clients in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate; representation of borrowers in complex real estate loan transactions, including the formation of joint ventures and other business entities for the acquisition and development of real estate.
