As a BMD Partner, Paige practices in the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, and Media & Entertainment groups. Paige is experienced in business and real estate transactions as well as representing clients in the athletic and entertainment fields. She offers assistance beyond the traditional legal role and advises clients through their endeavors in sports, entertainment, and real estate. Paige provides insight regarding live events, organization rebrands, and business modeling to add value to each client’s projects. By utilizing those skills, and her specialized knowledge in the athletic, esports, and entertainment fields, she is able to represent professional athletes and owners of esports ventures within the fast-growing industry. Paige is an valuable asset for her clients with deep knowledge and experience within her areas of practice.

Prior to attending law school, Paige used her B.A. in Psychology from Marshall University while working as a Behavioral Interventionist for children on the autism spectrum.

She enjoys hiking with her two dogs and exploring new areas.

• Negotiated multi-year partnership arrangements between a professional esports team and a national brand, leveraging extensive industry knowledge and negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial deals that enhanced brand visibility, revenue streams, and fan engagement for both parties.
• Advocated for a developer and stakeholder involved in the establishment of a large-scale sports center, navigating complex regulatory frameworks, zoning issues, and contractual negotiations to facilitate the successful development and launch of a state-of-the-art facility catering to diverse sporting and recreational activities.

• Structured the capital stack for a large-scale esports facility, orchestrating complex financing arrangements, equity investments, and grant funding to fund facility construction, infrastructure development, and operational expenses, ensuring financial sustainability and long-term success.
• Drafted service contracts for professionals in the event and entertainment industries including content creators, makeup artists, and photographers.
• Represented the Chapter 7 Trustee in the multi-million-dollar liquidation of a multi-state corporation, overseeing asset valuation, creditor negotiations, bankruptcy proceedings, and asset distribution, maximizing recovery for creditors and stakeholders in accordance with bankruptcy laws and regulations.
• Facilitated the sale of a regional contractor for over $15 million as legal representative of the seller, coordinating due diligence efforts, drafting sales agreements, and resolving legal issues to ensure a timely and lucrative transaction for the seller and all involved parties.
