Kim Radcliffe

Kim has more than 30 years of legal experience representing clients in commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, corporate and real estate transactions, international matters, and as general counsel. She has served as an adjunct professor of business law and international business law. Due to Kim's experience in a range of legal disciplines, she translates complex legal matter in terms that relate to the individual client and industry. She uses her wealth of legal knowledge and common sense to weight the expected benefit against the legal risks to present the most efficient and economical solution to a client's objectives.

Overview
Kim is admitted to practice in Florida and New York and initially practiced corporate and commercial law in London, England after earning her LL.M. degree in International Business Law and Litigation from King's College, University of London. While practicing law in Orlando, Kim also served for eight years as an Adjunct Professor of International Business Law, International Business, and Business Law for Webster University's MBA and undergraduate programs.
Kim has extensive commercial litigation experience and also focuses on alternative dispute resolution, counseling clients on preparing and participating in mediation and arbitration. In addition, Kim's multifaceted experience covers advising on every significant event in the life of a domestic or transnational business, including solving operational challenges, negotiating and drafting business and real estate transactions, designing appropriate structures for transactions in the nature of joint ventures, distribution, licensing, manufacturing agreements, or other continuing relationships. Kim understands that a client's business goal is not only focused on concluding a contract or transaction, but involves creating a foundation for the relationship or alliance with the other parties, which may extend to dispute settlement. In advising on dispute resolution, Kim can provide a relationship-building or problem-solving approach and a rights-based approach.

Served as outside general counsel advising on routine and significant events in the life of various companies, including internet and technology start-ups; biomedical pharmaceutical, laser, and other patent related companies; real estate brokerage, mortgage, and title companies; customs broker and shipping company, and including representation in dispute resolution and litigation.
