Overview

Dustin is passionate about helping clients develop and execute their strategies to accomplish their transactional goals. He strives to provide guidance and strategic support to clients to help them navigate complex challenges and achieve their desired outcomes.

Prior to admission into the Ohio Bar, Dustin was a law clerk in BMD's Summer Associate Program in 2023 for the BMD Cleveland office.

During his time in law school, Dustin was a compliance extern at the Mid-American Conference and a law clerk at the City of Cleveland Department of Law. Dustin was also a law clerk with the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic, Intellectual Property Venture Clinic where he helped businesses through trademark and copyright application processes, disputes, and infringement claims.

While at Case Western Reserve Law, Dustin was an Alumni Venture Capital Fund fellow, competed in the Tulane Football Negotiation and Baseball Arbitration Competitions, and worked to establish a Name, Image, and Likeness Collective for the student athletes at Case Western. His hobbies include traveling, watching Ohio State Football, and spending time outdoors.
