Chris advises insurers on handling difficult claims submitted under management and professional liability policies, primarily D&O and Employment Practices claims. As evaluation and adjustment counsel, he helps resolve disputes across the country concerning insureds in various industries. He also litigates unavoidable insurance coverage disputes and aids oil and gas companies with lease protection in foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. Chris is highly motivated and prides himself on finding workable solutions to even the most complex issues.
