Overview

Christian is passionate about providing his clients with high-quality and comprehensive legal counsel and assistance at every step of their company's growth. Christian is a firm believer in the adage that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and devotes time to helping his clients properly strategize in a manner that avoids or solves problems before they arise. Christian is experienced in representing clients who are in the start-up phase of their business as well as clients who already have a firmly-established business that are looking to expand. This experience allows Christian to advise his clients based upon both sound legal principles and his own professional experiences.

When litigation becomes necessary, Christian represents his clients both on the plaintiff and defense side. Christian has experience both in state and federal court litigation as well as arbitration through such organizations as the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS), which he puts to use in zealously advocating for his clients' interests regardless of the forum.

Christian earned his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School and his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. While in law school, Christian participated in mock trial and moot court competitions and was also a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal.

Christian has been a Floridian since 1998 and enjoys spending his time outside of the office at one of the many golf courses in the area.
