Overview

In addition to his legal practice of state and federal tax issues, transactional matter, real estate law, and estate planning, Mr. Le is also a certified public accountant and has handled tax compliance and tax controversy resolution for the past decade. He also serves the business community as business advisor, both from outside independent accountant as well as inside corporate controller/accountant. While his practice is predominantly serving small and medium-sized businesses, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as corporate processing specialist and the State of Florida as sales tax auditor III. Combining these experiences, he has a unique understanding of different perspectives of business transactions and the knowledge of business operation optimization.

Mr. Le can speak and write fluently in English and Vietnamese. He has a cultural connection with the Asian heritage, especially Vietnamese one.

During law school, he participated in the VITA program to help people with their personal tax returns. He was also an active volunteer at IDignity, a nonprofit organization in Orange County that helps indigent people obtain their ID and other personal documents.

He received his law degree from Barry University School of Law and accounting degree from the University of South Florida (USF). He is the member of Florida Bar and Florida Institution of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). During his free time, he enjoys reading, strategizing tax-saving plans, playing tennis, and running.
