BMD Names Kirk Roessler Cleveland Office Managing Partner

[CLEVELAND, OH – January 10, 2025] Brennan Manna Diamond (BMD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kirk Roessler as the new Office Managing Partner of its Cleveland office. Kirk joined BMD as a Member in January 2024, bringing over 35 years of experience in corporate, real estate, and commercial finance law.
Kirk’s practice focuses on delivering results for small and mid-sized businesses, emerging enterprises, and financial institutions. His practice areas include corporate transactions and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and commercial finance.
Recognized for his commitment to excellence, Kirk holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a distinction awarded to attorneys who demonstrate the highest levels of legal skill and professional standards. Kirk resides in Avon, Ohio and enjoys golfing, skiing and spending summertime on Pelee Island in Ontario, Canada. “I am really excited for the opportunity to continue the growth that Kate Hickner fostered in the Cleveland office as we celebrate BMD’s 25th anniversary.
